Terms of Service

Last updated: April 30, 2026 · Operated by WeCe LLC

By using WeedCentral, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. The app is provided by WeCe LLC, a California limited liability company.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, located in a jurisdiction where adult-use cannabis is legal, and not bypassing any local restriction on cannabis content. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your state, country, or place of consumption. WeedCentral does not sell, ship, or deliver cannabis or cannabis products.

2. Account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure. We may suspend or terminate your access if we determine you're violating these Terms.

3. What you can do

4. Zero-tolerance content policy

WeedCentral has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Per Apple App Store Guideline 1.2, we are required to enforce this and we do.

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

All photos uploaded with check-ins are scanned by Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch. Photos that fail moderation are hidden from the community feed automatically.

5. Reporting and our 24-hour response commitment

Every check-in and every user profile in the community feed has a Report action and a Block action. Reports are sent to our moderators by email and we commit to:

When you block a user, you stop seeing their content immediately. The block is one-directional and permanent unless you remove it from your settings.

6. Venue listings (Discover tab)

Listings in the Discover tab are provided for informational purposes only. WeedCentral does not verify hours of operation, current licensing, or whether a venue actually permits cannabis on premises. We are not a marketplace, not a booking agent, and not a licensee of any listed venue. Confirm details with the venue directly before relying on any listing.

7. Learn tab and third-party content

The Learn tab surfaces a curated set of third-party cannabis news and educational articles. For each article we store only the title, a short excerpt (capped at 280 characters) taken from the publisher's own RSS feed or open metadata, the author byline, a hot-linked reference to the publisher's cover image when available, and a canonical link back to the original article on the publisher's site. Reading the full article opens the publisher's own site in your device's browser. WeedCentral is not affiliated with these publishers; excerpts are shown under fair use and the publishers' names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

If you are a copyright owner and believe content reachable through the Learn tab infringes your copyright, see our DMCA policy for how to submit a takedown notice.

8. Your content, your ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the check-in content (notes, photos, ratings) you submit. By making a check-in public, you grant WeCe LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content within the app and on the website for the sole purpose of operating the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

9. Disclaimers

WeedCentral is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not provide medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Strain effects vary by individual. Consult a qualified professional for medical questions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeCe LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the app.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account tab. We may suspend or terminate your access if we determine you have violated these Terms or any applicable law. After termination, these Terms continue to apply to provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law).

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts in San Diego County, California.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where significant, surfaced in-app for re-acceptance the next time you sign in.
